Hello,
We want to thank Ryerson Floors for standing behind their company name! Our floor was refinished unsatisfactorily and Ryerson immediately sent another Wood Floor Technician - Paul - out to redo the job. He just left and we are very happy with the job. Besides the floor being absolutely gorgeous, Paul was pleasant and conscientious while in our home.
We are attaching some photos - Paul had forgotten his camera and was hoping to get some shots.
Oh, by the way, Paul finished this floor when it was originally installed by the previous owner (~'93). His work is the reason we called Ryerson when the floors needed refinished due to water damage from the hurricane last December.
Thank you Ryerson ... and Paul.

Ryerson did an excellent job on our floors. We have 75 year-old FIR floors that even included someone's do-it-yourself mistakes (blotches). Chris did
an excellent job and was also great to talk with. While not making any promises about being able to perform magic on the stained spots, he was able to blend them flawlessly. We can no longer see where the stains previously
existed.
The floors look awesome!
There was one very small spot where a chemical reaction caused some bubbling in the topcoat and Ryerson responded to it quickly and professionally. Bill came to our house and repaired it perfectly. We understand that old fir floors can be very difficult and we
are very happy with your service.

What a nice website! And the oak floors that Ryerson installed for us last fall are wonderful! We get lots of great comments from our friends and relatives. We think that our 1905 house now looks like it should and that the floors have always been here.

I'd just like to offer a hearty Hi Ho! to the new Ryerson site. It looks good. Also, I should mention we were very happy with Ryerson and the folks they sent out to our home for our new floor and refinish work last year. The guys did great work and were very personable, polite, worked quickly, and did a good job all told. These folks know what they're doing with floors.
