Our factory direct supplier in Canada is clearing out overstock to make room for a new product line. They offered us deep discounts to move their clearance stock. We are passing that savings on to residents of Oregon and Southwest Washington. Some of these are discontinued items with limited stock. A lot of it is old inventory that they are moving simply to make room at the mill storage warehouse. Either way, these specials will not last long. So we are expanding our sale to include these Kentwood Hardwood specials.

Kentwood Yellow Birch CD Grade, only 49 square feet available at $2.99 a foot. But you could mix it in with the next special and it would add some character to the floor. We have 245 sq feet of Yellow Birch in ABC grade at $3.59 per sq foot. Purchase the whole 294 feet and we will work out a deal.

We have a whole pallet of White Oak with a dark stain. The 2-1/4” width is being discontinued and we are liquidating the last 1200 square feet of this solid pre-finished flooring. There is enough here to do your whole house. Price is just $3.99 sq foot.

Next is 732 sq feet of 3-1/2” Oak. This pre-finished floor has been discontinued and goes for $3.89 per square foot while it lasts.

255 square feet of Engineered Oak in satin finish is being let go for $3.89 a foot. Engineered floors are an easy install with no sub floor prep required.

Have an entry or half bath? 148 feet of Merbau engineered flooring might do the trick. A satin finish looks nice and doesn’t show scratches and scuffs that are a normal part of life for most folks. You can steal this imported wood for just $3.99.

Another exotic wood is Kempas. Kentwood’s last 247 feet of Kempas floating floor is closing out at $4.39 sq foot. Easy install for a classic look.

Short on money? Here is a floor that looks like you’re rich. Golden Birch 3-/2”. There is always a catch though! Some variations in board width were detected by an inspector at the mill. Come see if you can find it. There is 400 square feet and you have to take it all. At $1.99 you won’t beat that at a liquidation warehouse.
